What We Do

Our services range from the provision of fully funded trust backed arrangements to unfunded plans. We can also provide NIC hedging, ensuring any employer liabilities are matched to the performance of awards.

Schemes can take the form of regular annual vesting or cliff-vesting at the end of the deferral period. We can also build in flexibility to allow switching within a range of pre-specified investments or the alignment of funds to individuals.

We provide our clients with fully or partially outsourced trusteeship and/or administration solutions for:

  • Deferred bonus plans
  • Carried interest plans
  • Co-investment plans
  • Grandfathered UK focused EBTs
