Tammy Forrest

Senior Director - Employer Solutions Jersey 

Tammy joined JTC as part of the RBC cees acquisition in 2021.

In her role as Senior Director within the JTC Employer Solutions team, Tammy is responsible for the client experience across their book of employee benefit plans, international pension plans, and international retirement and savings plans.

Tammy previously led a team of relationship managers responsible for a portfolio of corporate clients and undertook trustee, fiduciary and administration duties. Tammy also spent a year as head of the Fiduciary Services Executive Office responsible for a team facilitating key cross-functional projects and delivering business strategy.

Prior to JTC, she worked for the Abacus Financial Services Group from 2003 until they were acquired by RBC in 2005.


  • BA (Hons) degree in French & Italian Studies
  • Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration (Dip.ICSA)
