FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS

We value feedback on any aspect of our service or products.

We are committed to resolving any complaints fairly and quickly. In most cases this can be done if you contact us as soon as possible. We will try to resolve your complaint by listening to your concerns and agreeing a solution with you.

You can raise a complaint with your usual contact at JTC or you can also use our Contact details to address your complaint to the relevant JTC office.

We will seek to acknowledge your complaint as soon as possible and will explain the process that will be followed to consider your complaint and the timescales in which we would plan to resolve the matter.
