Susan joined JTC as part of the RBC cees acquisition in 2021.
Susan head’s Employer Solutions’ Trustee and Client Relationship Team in Jersey. In Susan’s role as Senior Director, she manages a multi-jurisdictional team and has both a client and strategic focus. She coordinates client and intermediary engagement through regular meetings and on-site visits.
As well as dealing with day-to-day relationship management with existing corporate contacts, Susan also has keen focus on staff training and development.
Susan has over 17 years’ experience within financial services and specialises in employee benefit plan administration, trusteeship and has also worked on a wide range of international and local employee benefit plans, including pension plans and deferred compensation plans.
