Karen joined JTC following the acquisition of RBC cees Limited in 2021.
In Karen’s role as Senior Director within the JTC Employer Solutions team, she is responsible for a multi-jurisdictional team of over 65 employees. Karen co-ordinates the Investments Hub, Operations, Business Management, Tailored Client Services and Solutions teams.
As well as managing the day-today operations of our employee benefit plan book, Karen has a keen focus on staff training and development.
Karen has over 20 years’ experience within financial services and spent many years working at RBC Wealth Management leading their Investment, Fiduciary & Participant Management teams.
