Director and Head of UAE, Alia Haskouri, will be moderating a panel discussion on cross border planning at an event being held at the DIFC Conference Centre.
The event, Family Investments Day, will be held on Tuesday 12 November. The panel discussion (entitled Key Considerations for Cross Border Allocations: Managing Regional and International Capital through DIFC), will explore critical legal, fiduciary and other considerations for people wanting to carry out business in Dubai. The topics will include:
- The current landscape of investment opportunities in Dubai and the broader Middle East region
- The role of DIFC in facilitating cross-border investments and managing regional and international capital
- Insights into the various legal and governance considerations for investors, including compliance with local and international regulations
- Case studies and success stories of companies that have successfully navigated the financial landscape in Dubai through DIFC
On the panel will be Daniele Dal Corsa, Partner at EY and Jimmy Haoula, Managing Partner of BSA Law.
The event will bring together industry experts to discuss the benefits Dubai can offer in the private wealth arena.
