David Sussman to Speak on Navigating the US/UK Private Client Landscape at the PCD London Conference

Senior Director – Private Capital Services, David Sussman, will be speaking at the PCD London Conference on 17 June 2026 at Drapers’ Hall.

David will join the afternoon session, “Navigating the US/UK Private Client Landscape”. The panel will address key developments in cross-border wealth structuring and private client planning between the United States and the United Kingdom.

Drawing on his experience advising internationally mobile families and US-connected clients, David will share insights on trends in relocation and investment between the US and UK and discuss the ongoing growth of JTC’s US private client services.

The session will also discuss common structures for US-connected clients, considerations in managing existing arrangements and the impact of the UK’s Foreign Income and Gains regime on US persons relocating to the UK.

The panel will also discuss trust planning strategies for internationally mobile families and examine trends in US expatriation, highlighting practical considerations for advisors and their clients in a complex international environment.
