JTC Group Governance Team Wins at CGI Jerey Awards

We are delighted to announce that the JTC Group Governance Team has been named Governance Team of the Year at the CGI Jersey Awards 2026.

This award recognises the team’s outstanding contribution during a period of exceptional strategic activity and growth for JTC.

Over the past year, the team has supported some of the most significant milestones in JTC’s history, including the acquisitions and integrations of Citi Trust and Kleinwort Hambros Trust, the delivery of the Cosmos Era Award, and JTC’s acquisition by Permira and CPPIB. Alongside these landmark projects, the team has continued to provide administration and governance oversight across more than 250 Group entities operating in 17 regulated jurisdictions.

While much of the team’s work takes place behind the scenes, effective governance is fundamental to JTC’s success. The Group Governance Team works in close partnership with colleagues across the business, supporting boards and committees, maintaining robust governance frameworks, overseeing employee ownership arrangements, and helping the Group deliver its strategic priorities while meeting complex regulatory requirements.
