In Their Spare Time

Miranda has a keen competitive streak, often displayed in her participation in quiz teams. She enjoys reading historical biographies and novels, typically in the company of her two well-pampered cats. An avid but admittedly inexpert sailor, Miranda relishes life in Jersey, both on the water and during her frequent walks on the beach.

Miranda is dedicated to giving back to the community. She has volunteered as secretary to the board of trustees for a Jersey charitable organisation that provides residential and nursing care for the elderly, advising on governance, board effectiveness, and compliance with legal and regulatory responsibilities. Additionally, she is active in an alumni network of her former school, connecting girls from less advantaged communities with professional mentors.
