Bela is a Senior Director – Head of Client Services & Business Development – Asia at JTC. She joined in 2018 following the acquisition of Minerva.
With responsibility for developing and managing new and existing clients at JTC’s Singapore office, Bela is one of the key members of the Asia team, working towards developing and building intermediary relationships in India and Singapore. She works closely with colleagues in other offices for India in-bound and out-bound assignments and travels extensively, primarily in India and Singapore to fulfil this role.
Bela has over 30 years of experience in financial services, investment banking, consulting and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining JTC, she was an Executive Director for over a decade, heading the Ahmedabad office of Meghraj Capital Advisors. Bela has gained a wealth of experience in private client, corporate and fund administration in the course of her current role, in addition to her experience in fund syndication, mergers and acquisitions (including cross-border transactions), private equity and strategic advisory services through previous roles. Bela started her career as an entrepreneur and was recognised by her performance with awards and accolades.
