Wendy Holley

Highlights

Wendy has more than 36 years’ experience in financial services operations and HR.

Before joining JTC, she held roles at Mourant Ozannes (formerly Mourant) and Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in Jersey.

As Group Chief Operating Officer and member of the Group Holdings Board, Wendy is responsible for shaping and delivering the Group’s operational strategy, ensuring the business continues to build the capabilities needed to support growth and achieve its financial objectives. Her role includes overseeing acquisition integration and business harmonisation, while also overseeing transformational change initiatives to support the evolving needs of the business.

Alongside her responsibilities as Group COO, she plays an important role in developing the Group’s Environmental, Social and Governance framework, aligned to JTC’s purpose and cultural values, having been appointed JTC’s first Chief Sustainability Officer in 2022.

Through her position on the Group Holdings Board, and her former position as an Executive Director on the PLC Board, Wendy has helped ensure that operational, people and sustainability priorities are closely aligned with the Group’s strategic direction and long-term development.

In their spare time

Wendy particularly enjoys live music, reading (notably psychology and behaviour), walking and spending time socialising with her family and friends.
