Carol Graham

Group Director - Group Human Resources Jersey 

Carol is a Human Resources (HR) professional with over 24 years’ experience in her field. She started her career in the UK public sector where she worked in Learning and Development (L&D) and central HR policy roles. Since returning home to Jersey, she has held HR management roles with the States of Jersey, Mourant Ozannes (formerly Mourant) and most recently UBS, where she was Country Head of HR.

As HR Director for JTC, Carol is responsible for developing and delivering the HR strategy to support the growth objectives of the business. This includes talent management and succession planning, the launch of the ‘JTC Academy’ concept and the provision of end-to-end HR services across all jurisdictions.

In Their Spare Time

Carol loves socialising and her ideal weekend is time spent entertaining family and friends. She also loves travel, especially by train, but the destination must be hot. Carol was a member of the Skills Jersey Board from its inception in 2008 until March 2016 when it was disbanded.  She is also a Trustee on the Jersey Brain Tumour Charity.
