Albert Myburgh

Manager - Private Equity South Africa 

Albert joined JTC in 2016, bringing with him over 10 years’ financial services experience. He is tasked with overseeing the day-to-day service delivery for a diverse portfolio of private equity clients.

In his career he has gained multi-jurisdictional experience from working in Cayman, Jersey and South Africa. Albert has exposure to the audit and accounting of private equity structures, fund administrators, pension funds, property trusts, investment companies, special purpose vehicles and partnerships – specialising in the alternative investment space. Prior to JTC, Albert worked at BDO Limited and KPMG Cayman.

Albert is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is also a registered Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

In Their Spare Time

Whilst Albert enjoys going to the gym and keeping fit, he also has a sweet tooth for cakes and doughnuts!
