Helen joined JTC as part of the acquisition of Hanway Advisory Limited, having been part of the team for five years prior to the acquisition, providing company secretarial services to UK listed investment companies.
Helen has also held senior in-house company secretarial roles in main market listed companies such as Huntsworth plc and has extensive experience of quoted companies and alternative fund structures from roles at Intertrust and MSP Secretaries.
Based in London, Helen works in JTC’s listed funds and company secretarial team.
