Hakan joined JTC in 2023 and has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry.

In his role, Hakan is responsible for developing and implementing the private equity and real estate general risk models, stress test models, key risk indicators, valuation and valuation oversight.

Prior to JTC, Hakan gained over 10 years’ experience as Head of Risk Management and Chief Risk Officer.

He also has specialist expertise in financial engineering, quantitative finance, risk modelling, stress test modelling, economic analysis and general risk management.

Hakan is multilingual, he speaks Turkish, German and English fluently and some French (B1).

In their spare time

Hakan is a passionate reader and especially enjoys reading about history, culture, economy and poetry. He likes to spend time writing poems and painting expressionist and surrealist pieces, traveling and spending quality time with his family.
