Carolyn is a Human Resources (HR) professional with a varied career background. She started her career in the UK with Christie’s auction house, in charge of managing global auction sales of £100m+ each year. Following a decision to change her career in 2012, Carolyn successfully undertook her Charted Accountancy qualification with PwC CI LLP in Jersey with a special focus on private equity, SPVs and captive insurance entities. After 5 years in the audit world, Carolyn took on a new challenge as Director of Finance and Administration for a small international development company, supporting health, education and other social improvement programmes across Africa and Asia.
Carolyn’s passion for supporting people and helping them fulfil their potential has led her to a career in HR. As HR Manager for JTC, Carolyn is responsible for JTC Group’s global benefit offerings, as well as special HR projects to support the wider Group HR team.
