Group Head of Real Estate - Fund Services

As Group Head of Real Estate, Simon is responsible for overseeing JTC’s real estate strategy and providing support to senior points of contact across jurisdictions and service lines within both the Institutional and Private Client Services divisions. He drives revenue growth and collaborates with Business Development & Marketing, Sales, and Client Experience teams. Focusing on aligning JTC’s real estate and real asset expertise, resources, and network to create long term value and strengthen client relationships.

Highlights

Simon has over 40 years’ experience in financial services. Prior to joining JTC, Simon gained extensive experience serving as a Chairman and Director for various funds, corporate entities, and committees. More recently, he started his own business offering Independent Non-Executive Director services and consultancy.

Simon has expertise in the executive management of fund and corporate administration services, with extensive knowledge of multiple asset classes and industry sectors including real estate, debt, banking and infrastructure. Additionally, he is well versed in strategic management.

In their spare time

In his spare time, Simon is a Non-Executive Director for the Channel Island Cooperative Society. He is also a crew member for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) and has been involved for over 20 years. In addition, Simon enjoys participating in endurance events such as ultra marathons and driving adventure motorbikes.

  • Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – MRICS
  • Member of the Institute of Revenue and Rating Valuers – IRRV
