At JTC, we believe in the power of maximising your potential. As a global leader in professional services, we understand that the journey to career growth involves continual learning, encouraging innovation, recognising and rewarding excellence, leadership opportunities that showcase expertise, and the chance to make a lasting impact on the teams around you.

We are dedicated to empowering professionals by providing roles and an environment that offers the resources, support and challenges needed to further propel your career forward.

Whether you’re seeking a fresh perspective, a broader scope, or the next step on the professional ladder, JTC is the ideal platform.

We want everyone, wherever they work in the JTC network, to develop the skills and knowledge they need to be excellent in our world, and we deliver this through the JTC Academy.

JTC Academy is here to help maximise our people’s potential within the business – it’s as simple as that.

Our Learning and Development function supports the business by providing tailored training and materials to develop you in your role.

In addition to supporting relevant professional qualifications, you will have access to thousands of current learning materials covering a wide range of subjects, leadership and management training programmes and resources that will develop leadership skills across the business. There are also opportunities for further learning by participating in industry conferences and events.

JTC Academy builds on our traditions of mentoring and academic training and brings those practices up to date while adding more opportunities than ever before for wider learning and development.

We believe our people are one of a kind and should have access to all opportunities to grow with the company. That’s why, twice a year, employees can be promoted based on their knowledge, skill sets and abilities.

And more than that, we ensure that all roles are made available across the business, which opens up opportunities for internal mobility. This approach helps our teams to keep learning, sharing and achieving their full potential.

At JTC, our culture is all about making connections, building friendships, working hard and having fun. The Sports and Social programme is employee-led, meaning there are a range of diverse and exciting activities to get stuck into at all times.

Some of the activities our JTC community are kept busy with are…

  • Annual summer parties
  • Group-wide sporting events, including 10,000 step challenges and triathlons
  • Global virtual quizzes
  • Family fun days
  • Marathon runs and obstacle courses
  • Boat parties, murder mysteries and Halloween events
  • And much more!

As a global business, we tailor our employee benefits to each of our jurisdictions.

We offer competitive benefits including a discretionary bonus, remote and flexible working models, enhanced leave options, health and financial benefits and a ‘dress for your day’ policy. All this sits alongside our Shared Ownership (EIP) scheme, which makes every employee an owner of the business.

A healthy company is a happy company and your wellbeing is important to us.

JTC has a long-term commitment to wellbeing under the three pillars of physical, emotional and mental good health. We have created a network for all employees to ensure we live out our mantra of being #StrongerTogether, both professionally and personally.

Our wellbeing support system includes an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offering a confidential helpline for each of our global offices. Whether our employees have questions about balancing working from home with parenting and childcare or managing health and money issues, these providers are there to help. Services are available to all JTC employees, so any questions or worries can be answered confidentially by experts, 24/7, 365 days a year.

A Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA) initiative is in place where trained JTC volunteers are available for those with mental health concerns. Their interaction could range from having an initial conversation through to supporting the person to get appropriate help. MHFAs are not trained to offer ongoing support or counselling but are taught to listen, reassure and respond, even in a crisis.

JTC currently has over 40 trained MHFA volunteers who are based across our global offices. We operate a ‘no borders’ policy, meaning that wherever a person may be located, they have access to every single one of the MHFAs to arrange a virtual meeting.

Growing your career can often involve taking on new challenges. At JTC, we believe in the power of sharing the skills, knowledge, experience and talents of our employees across our global network, allowing you to not only develop in your own role but also foster cross-departmental teamwork.

Our Gateway programme provides everything from individual secondments to key talent rotational programmes and permanent transfers.
