Rafeeqah joined JTC in October 2023 as part of our global recruitment team.
In her role, Rafeeqah oversees the recruitment efforts in Mauritius, Singapore, Dubai and South Africa, with a primary focus on attracting top-tier talent and ensuring the retention of high quality hires. She provides crucial support to the organization in upholding and implementing standardized hiring procedures.
At present, she holds a qualification in Human Resource Management and is actively working on attaining an honours degree in the same field.
