Manager - Group Resourcing Specialist - Human Resources Jersey 

Carly joined JTC in January 2023 and took on the role of Manager – Group Resourcing Specialist in the Human Resources team.

In her role, Carly holds responsibility for recruitment across all JTC Private Client Services offices and assists hiring managers to recruit candidates from the local and international market, ensuring they are the best fit for both the team and the organisation.

She has over 10 years of recruitment experience within the Financial Services sector and has gained this from time working in agency and in-house roles.

  • REC - Certificate in Recruitment Practice

Carly enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is a lover of the outdoors, especially in the sunshine where you will find her enjoying a glass of wine. Carly is also a keen baker and loves nothing better than whipping up a batch of freshly made cakes.
