Senior Administrator – Human Resources – Fixed Term

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Senior Administrator to join our team in Luxembourg

Purpose of Job

This excellent opportunity would be suitable for candidates who are proactive with proven analytical and good communication skills and excellent client service attitude. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a clear interest and understanding of working in a Human Resources environment.

Main Responsibilities and Duties
  • Develop JTC’s visibility and brightness participating in job fairs and recruitment / universities forum;
  • Get involved in the recruitment process from advertising to integration of the new employee with full autonomy, including the analysis of the recruitment needs, the update of the job descriptions, the sourcing, the interview, the setup of contractual documents and the onboarding;
  • Process the applications, pre-selection and selection steps using the most appropriate approach within reasonable deadlines, demonstrate ability to recruit passive candidates;
  • Precisely evaluate the candidates ‘profile, strengths and areas for development;
  • Collaborate on the Learning and Development activities, rolling out the training plan, contacting the different training providers and ensuring the INFPC request;
  • Ensure the monthly payroll and benefits process is run within deadlines and with high quality;
  • Participate in the organization of year-end reviews and follow-up probation periods;
  • Follow up absences and compliance with the current legal and group procedures as well as update working documents;
  • Update procedures and processes and continuously seeks for improvement

Essential Requirements

  • Holding a BTS, DUT, DECF or Bachelor in Human Resources with a proven experience of minimum 3 years in a human resources department in Luxembourg;
  • Good knowledge of Luxembourg social and labor law legislation;
  • Work with respect for confidentiality;
  • Proactive and curious about market trends in terms of talent acquisition and labour law;
  • Rigorous and with a strong client focus, you are organized;
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written, other languages will be advantageous;
  • Team player and good communication skills, you apply analytical and synthesis skills;
  • Outlook, Word and Excel knowledge.
