Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) Services

JTC Global AIFM Solutions (Ireland) Limited is a boutique AIFM and Investment Manager regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.

JTC Global AIFM Solutions in Ireland provides management and regulatory oversight services to investment funds, and offers Management Company (ManCo) services as an AIFM, as well as governance oversight, portfolio management and risk management solutions.

We have a strong reputation in the alternative funds industry. Our solutions-based funds service offering is focused on the premium end of the market, covering both alternative and traditional asset classes, including private equity, venture capital, loans and credit, real estate, fixed income, debt securities, equities, ESG and longevity assets including life settlements.

Fund Administration

JTC Fund Solutions (Ireland) Limited is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland to provide a comprehensive range of fund administration services to local and international clients, regardless of fund domicile or client jurisdiction.

Our solutions cover alternative investment funds in the open-ended, limited liquidity and closed-ended markets, across a spectrum of sectors and asset classes, including hedge, fund of funds, infrastructure, private equity, debt, property, venture capital and real assets, and include services across fund accounting, transfer agency, AML, FATCA/CRS and the preparation of fund financials with audit support.

Local expert teams are wholly responsible for the preparation, review and delivery of each service to our clients and fund investors.

Depositary Services

In September 2021, Enniscorthy-based INDOS Financial (Ireland) Depositary Limited, part of JTC’s recently acquired INDOS Financial business, received regulatory approval from the Central Bank of Ireland to provide depositary services to authorised, non-retail AIFs which are closed-ended and generally do not invest in financial instruments. These AIFs will typically invest in private equity, real estate, or infrastructure asset classes.

The approval of the Irish depositary licence for INDOS has enhanced JTC’s range of sophisticated fund solutions, with the provision of fund oversight services, including depositary for UK and non-EU domiciled funds.

Corporate Services

In 2020, JTC established its presence in Ireland by opening an office in Dublin, offering a wide range of corporate services to a diverse corporate client base.

Our corporate services team in Ireland specialise in aviation leasing, structured finance and securitisation.

Ireland is a leading global hub for aircraft financing and leasing with over 60% of the world’s fleet of commercial aircraft and nine of the top ten aircraft leasing companies.

JTC are well-placed to assist transaction parties, including airlines, aircraft leasing companies, banks and other investors to set-up and manage Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), Funds and Trusts. Our Aviation Service offering includes SPV, Fund and Trust set-up, Accounting and Financial Reporting, Corporate Secretarial, Directorships, Tax Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, Cash Management and Trustee Services.
