Michelle O’Flaherty

Highlights

Within her role as Senior Director, Michelle is responsible for managing a team who provides day-to-day corporate services to clients, while developing and growing the corporate services offering in the UK with a focus on company secretarial, governance and process agent services.

Her previous experience includes listed and non-listed entities across the following asset classes: private equity, real estate, financial services, aviation, energy and commodities.

Prior to JTC, Michelle worked for several well-respected corporate service providers, and has held various senior positions including Director, Head of Corporate Services and Company Secretary.

In their spare time

Michelle likes to spend quality time with her friends and family. She also enjoys experiencing new cultures, travelling and likes to indulge in spa days.
