Mike Liston OBE, previously the Chief Executive and Chairman of several businesses operating across Europe, Asia and Africa, has been appointed as a Senior Non-Executive Director of JTC, a leading independent provider of private wealth, corporate, employee benefit and fund administration services across multiple jurisdictions.
With an impressive reputation in Jersey, Mike has served both public and private sector businesses, developing strategy and leading them through change. His knowledge and experience will be invaluable to JTC as it continues with its international expansion plans.

Mike was at the helm of Jersey Electricity between 1993 and 2008, and led the company through several power generation, transmission and distribution infrastructure projects. He also oversaw the diversification of the business into telecommunications, internet data centres and property development.
Since leaving Jersey Electricity, Mike has concentrated on a number of non-executive roles, which include: Chairman of AIM-listed, Renewable Energy Generation Limited, which has businesses in Europe and North America; Chairman of AIM-listed KSK Emerging India Fund, which develops energy infrastructure in India; and Director of Foresight European Solar, a Private Equity Fund.
In 2007, Mike was awarded an OBE for services to the electricity industry and to charity, and he was elected as a Jurat (Lay Judge) of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2012.
Mike is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and the Institution of Engineering and Technology. He is a member of the Audit Committee of Renewable Energy Generation Limited.
