JTC LAUNCHES GLOBAL EMPLOYEE-LED FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN TO MARK 35TH ANNIVERSARY

23rd Mar 2022

Professional services firm JTC has launched an employee-led fundraising campaign to mark the company’s 35th anniversary this year and its continued commitment to supporting young people and educational projects around the world.

Forming part of its global ‘JTC Supports’ community engagement programme, the ‘Maximising Potential’ campaign will see that each of JTC’s global offices receive £3,500 to donate to a local educational charity chosen by JTC employees in that location.

Additionally, over the course of this year, more than 1,300 JTC people will be joining together to organise fundraising initiatives to boost the firm’s contribution even further, reinforcing its commitment to making a difference in the communities where it operates.

This year’s campaign builds on the first Maximising Potential initiative launched in 2021 when JTC and its employees raised over £86,000. Those funds are now being used to support specific regional initiatives and projects undertaken by educational charities across Europe, the Americas, the Caribbean, Africa and Asia.

Commenting on the latest Maximising Potential campaign, Chief Operating Officer, Wendy Holley said:

“We are proud of our growth over the 35 years and while our business continues to enjoy success, what has also remained constant over those years is our focus on our shared ownership. This cultural importance also provides for our collective appreciation for the communities in jurisdictions in which we operate, with a desire to make a difference to the next generation in order that they may develop their skills and knowledge that will allow them to maximise their potential.

“We are delighted to be running the campaign again in this, our 35th anniversary year, and look forward to supporting our people as they choose educational causes that are close to their hearts and important in their communities.”
