Charles Russell Speechlys (CRS) has announced the outsourcing of its company secretarial and registered office services to JTC (UK) Limited.
CRS is a renowned international law firm headquartered in London with offices across the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. JTC Group is an award-winning provider of fund, corporate and private client services with a track record spanning more than 30 years.
The outsourcing agreement between the two firms leverages the depth of experience and expertise within JTC to support and enhance the governance offering of CRS.
