FFP in the Cayman Islands and BVI Rebranded as JTC Special Situations

JTC, the global professional services firm, is pleased to announce the rebranding of FFP in the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands, as JTC Special Situations. This follows JTC’s acquisition of FFP, a provider of specialist situations and governance services to fund, trust and corporate clients, in November 2024.

JTC Special Situations will continue to offer solutions for critical juncture and contentious scenarios with a focus on stabilising, managing and protecting value by applying expert judgement and transparent governance to client matters.

Kate Beauchamp, Group Head of JTC’s Institutional Capital Services, commented: “The rebrand marks an important milestone in redefining FFP as JTC Special Situations and strengthening their market position. The teams are experienced specialist professionals with the ability to act across jurisdictions and disciplines, guiding trusts, funds and corporate entities through periods of disruption, recovery or realignment. We are confident in their continued success and look forward to their future growth within the JTC Group.”

Michael Pearson, Lead Independent Director – JTC Special Situations, said: “We are truly excited about the rebrand and officially becoming JTC Special Situations. Whilst we will continue to operate as usual in terms of offering solutions to contested and contentious scenarios, this move will allow us to expand our reach in a global market and deliver more for our clients, underpinned by JTC’s industry-leading operational infrastructure and global network.”
