Ryan leads JTC’s Banking & Treasury Governance function, overseeing authorised signatories, online banking support, and the management of approved banking partners. He maintains strong relationships with key banks, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective risk management, and robust governance frameworks. Ryan authors the Group’s banking and treasury policies and drives governance initiatives, including integration support for newly acquired businesses.
