Lisa McDonald

Associate Director St. Louis 

Lisa joined JTC as part of the Segue Partners acquisition in 2021. She joined Segue Partners in 2011.

With over 20 years’ experience Lisa brings a creative approach to our marketing and communication efforts. Her responsibilities include the development and implementation of a broad range of marketing and social media activities and overseeing Investor Relations focused on providing outstanding service to our clients’ investors.

Lisa has a demonstrated history of success driving multi-million-dollar fund raising goals while providing leadership in highly competitive markets. Most recently, she worked as the Director of Development Operations for the Missouri Botanical Garden and Vice President of Resource Development for the United Way of Greater St. Louis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Kansas

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, photography, cooking, and working on a challenging jigsaw puzzle.
