Lesley joined JTC in 2006 having previously worked for 13 years in the retail sector, where she gained significant experience in working in accounts, payroll and administration roles.

Since joining the JTC Finance team she has been involved in all aspects of the accounting, reporting and finance operations functions for the Group which led to her oversight of the team responsible for the finance operational function within the Group. Lesley’s primary focus now is in leading finance related projects on the strategic integration of acquisitions and ongoing development of the internal finance processes across our multi-jurisdictional offices.

In Their Spare Time

In her younger days, Lesley was a keen gymnast and won a bronze medal in the 1991 Aland Island Games. Given gymnastics is not exactly a sport suited for a life time commitment, these days she can now be found either at the Boxing Gym or bobbing in the sea; not put off by those changes in the seasons, apparently winter really is the best time for swimming and great therapy. Lesley is also a tour de force amongst her Group Finance colleagues in nominating herself (and them!) for as many charitable initiatives as possible, did someone say Fancy Dress!?!
