Len Bolster

Highlights

In his role as PERE Portfolio Manager, he is responsible for the portfolio management elements of their private equity real estate (PERE) based funds. He maintains oversight of the operational management of any underlying property assets that form the basis of a funds’ investments.

Within the AIFM business, Len also ensures compliance to CBI guidelines and adherence to the funds’ prospectus.

Prior to JTC, Len worked for a well-known Irish real estate business, holding responsibility for all operational activities and associated teams engaged under differing client mandates with varying styles of asset management requirements.

Len also played a central role in the setup and development of an asset advisory and property management business that focused on the administration and operational governance of a large real estate portfolio, owned and funded by a leading global specialist in alternative investment strategies.

In their spare time

Len leads an active lifestyle and enjoys running. He spends much of his free time with his family and has an active interest in photography.
