Lana Bergstein

Highlights

In her role, Lana oversees SALI’s strategic plan, including closely engaging and managing key initiatives and incorporating strategic plan tactics into the daily course of business.

She is responsible for improving existing and non-existing processes throughout the organization, focusing on fund onboarding, fund marketing, accounting close procedures, capital activity processing and any other key business functions.

Lana operates as a Client Relations Resource and Senior Relationship Manager in various relationships with insurance companies, asset managers and insurance brokers, as required for collaboration with SALI’s Chief Marketing Officer and the Client Relations team.

Prior to JTC, Lana spent 15 years as a Vice President and Senior Manager at Dimensional Fund Advisors, where she managed the day-to-day operations of the firm’s global client group, from new client onboarding to product development and client service. Her previous experience also includes working as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Loring Ward Inc., where she was responsible for managing the needs of high net worth clients, primarily sports and entertainment celebrities.

Lana has a strong understanding of operations, business processes, compliance, and customer service. In addition, she has proven leadership ability, is highly motivated and is excellent at problem solving. She also speaks Russian fluently.

In their spare time

Lana enjoys spending time with her family, attending her daughter’s soccer games, and watching her son’s band perform at various venues throughout town.  She also enjoys taking her West Highland White Terrier named Weston on walks around Town Lake.
