Advancing Inclusion: Introducing Women Together at JTC

Following International Women’s Day yesterday, JTC is delighted to spotlight Women Together, our new colleague community dedicated to advancing the empowerment, development and inclusion of women across our global business.

The launch of Women Together marks a significant step in JTC’s ongoing commitment to championing gender diversity and inclusion. This community creates a dedicated platform for women to share experiences, foster networking and access opportunities for professional and personal growth.

Steering the group is Elize Botha, Regional Head ICS AMEA, who serves as Chair. Elize is known for her passion for leadership, advocacy and she believes purposeful collaboration is the key to unlocking potential. As Elize highlights,

“I believe that when women support each other and learn from each other, we lift the whole organisation. Women Together is about amplifying voices, sharing journeys and helping every woman at JTC aspire to her fullest potential.”

Women Together’s focus areas reflect on workplace topics including leadership development, mentorship, the gender pay gap, women’s health from menopause to other relevant issues, financial literacy, supporting mothers and addressing unconscious bias. Inspired by a diverse membership across generations, regions and departments, the community is committed to creating practical initiatives that drive positive change for employees at JTC.

The inaugural meeting highlighted key focus areas of mentorship, leadership journeys and financial education as top priorities for the group. The Women Together colleague community is set to host panel discussions, workshops and speaker sessions, drawing on expertise both within JTC and from external thought leaders.

JTC’s vision for Women Together extends beyond internal impact; it’s keeping the conversation going about inclusion in professional services. The community aligns with our global approach where we strive to ensure every colleague feels valued, equipped and heard, recognising that diverse perspectives benefit not just employees but our clients and wider society.

As we celebrate International Women’s Day, JTC invites partners and industry peers to stay connected and follow our journey. Together, we can continue building workplaces where employees feel heard and valued.
