Josie joined JTC in July 2021 to support the policy and process integration of the Employer Solutions business following the acquisition of RBC Cees.
Josie is also an integral team member in the Tax Compliance and Regulatory Reporting team, and as Senior Manager, she delivers support to key strategic projects.
Josie has 10 years’ experience in financial services and has predominantly focused on FATCA and CRS compliance. Previously, she has implemented a mechanism within a large multi-national banking organisation to monitor, interpret and implement FATCA and CRS requirements across its operating jurisdictions, as well as providing input into key industry bodies to help shape upcoming regulations.
More recently, Josie has spent four years in Jersey, leading a team of tax professionals, managing the key risks of tax evasion, tax avoidance and tax reporting.
