Jonny Snowden

Highlights

Jonny joined JTC in January 2025 and serves as the Group’s Director of Integrations, driving M&A success globally and responsible for the overall strategy for post-acquisition integrations, considering the unique needs and positioning of each transaction.

Jonny draws on extensive knowledge in buy- and sell-side mergers & acquisitions from his previous position as Business Management Director at Brooks Macdonald International (now Canaccord Wealth) where he was responsible for business operations and strategy, financial performance, and client service delivery, ultimately leading the in-perimeter sell-side activities for the business in 2024. Jonny has previously worked at MasonBreese, Ocorian and Standard Bank.

In their spare time

Jonny enjoys a range of sporting activities, chiefly; running, motorsports, cycling and golf. He loves spending time with his wife and daughter and can frequently be found exploring new parts of the world.
