Joe Lucas-Rogerson

Associate Director - Employer Solutions Jersey 

Joe joined JTC following the acquisition of RBC cees in 2021.

Within Joe’s role as Associate Director, she is responsible for the day to day relationship management of existing corporate clients, including carrying out Trustee Fiduciary and administration duties.

Joe has over 30 years’ experience within financial services and is currently working on a wide range of international and local employment benefit plans, share incentive plans, pension plans and international savings plan arrangements on behalf of a global client base.

Prior to JTC, Joe worked at a well-reputable global bank, mainly within the share trust / plan arena.

  • STEP International Diploma
  • BSC Hons Financial Services and Associateship degree

In Their Spare Time

Joe enjoys an annual skiing holiday with her family and, when not running around after her young son, is a long standing volunteer for a diversity charity specialising in tall ship training.
