Highlights

George is the Head of Risk & Compliance for JTC’s Institutional Capital Services (ICS) division, where he works closely with executive leadership to shape and execute the firm’s global risk and compliance strategy. He oversees a broad range of services including AIFM, fund and corporate administration, depositary and employer solutions.

George works internationally with cross-functional teams to ensure robust frameworks for risk identification, mitigation, and regulatory compliance. In this leadership role, George is responsible for the strategic design, execution and oversight of robust risk and compliance programmes that are closely aligned with the ICS Division’s objectives.

He also is a leader in JTC’s Global AML, Compliance Officer and MLRO Services, setting standards for compliance excellence, previously serving as Compliance Officer (CO), Money Laundering Compliance Officer (MLCO) and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for both JTC and its clients globally.

A qualified (non-practicing) U.S. lawyer, George brings extensive experience advising asset managers, investment advisers, funds and financial institutions on the evolving regulatory complexities of digital assets, cryptocurrency and stablecoins. His international career has provided him unique insight across major and emerging jurisdictions, including the Channel Islands, Caribbean, Europe, Australasia, North America and the United Kingdom.

In their spare time

George is an avid sportsman, playing basketball, softball, golf, tennis and loves American football. Travel is a passion and his Australian wife ensures that no distance is too far.
