Ethan returned to JTC in May 2021. In his current role as Manager in HR he looks after JTC Academy, the learning function of JTC, and specialises in the Management Development programmes and furthering employees qualifications.
Ethan has 20 years’ experience of working in the Training and Development environment. Prior to JTC, Ethan worked in Learning and Development in the Financial, Legal and Corporate worlds and has a large variety of expertise in helping to develop people with varied backgrounds.
Ethan is a fully trained executive coach after completing his post graduate advanced certificate in Coaching in 2017.
