Claire joined JTC in 2004 and undertook a number of roles before finding her place in the Group HR team.
In her current role, one of her main focusses is acting as a HR Business Partner, working closely with the Private Client division to support the business in reaching their strategic goals. This ranges from resourcing planning, performance management and supporting on Employee Relations matters.
Claire also leads the Reward, Compensation and Benefits team where she oversees JTC’s deliverance of competitive and equitable pay and benefits programs that attract, retain and motivate employees across the Group. As a part of this team, she is proud to have set up the Mental Health First Aiders Initiative, an important pillar of JTC’s wellbeing offering.
