Candice Henderson

Associate Director - Risk & Compliance South Africa 

Candice joined JTC in 2015 following the acquisition of Kleinwort Benson’s fund administration business. She is a qualified legal professional with over 10 years in the financial services industry.

Candice has extensive experience working as part of a multi-jurisdictional compliance team. She specializes in the design and development of customized compliance frameworks adopting a pragmatic and commercial approach in their drafting. She is passionate about removing the ‘tick box’ stigma of compliance rather promoting solution driven responses that support business and enhance best practice standards.

Candice is a registered and approved compliance officer with the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority and SA’s Financial Sector Conduct Authority. She also retains the title of MLCO with the Financial Intelligence Centre.

In Their Spare Time

Candice’s spare time is dedicated to her family. She also loves the outdoors. Exploring local mountain trails and beaches all come with the added bonus of expending the energy of her two spirited children.
