Brett joined JTC’s Risk and Compliance team in 2024.
In his role, Brett supports the team with the day-to-day compliance responsibilities, projects and monitoring, and holds the position of MLRO and MLCO for JTC licensed entities. He is also the treasurer and Board Member of the Guernsey Association of Compliance Officers.
Brett has worked in the finance and insurance industry for over 20 years where he has built up a diverse set of risk, compliance, and governance skills.
Prior to joining JTC, Brett spent five years managing an Advisory team for one of the ‘Big 4’ firms where he worked on a broad range of risk and compliance projects in Guernsey, Jersey and the UK, working closely with the different regulators. Brett has also worked as an Assistant Director at the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, where he was responsible for the Authorisations team and worked closely with the FCA and the Global Financial Innovation Network.
