JTC has been selected to administer Amedeo Air Four Plus, an aircraft acquisition and leasing investment company, as part of its recent successful Listing on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
Amedeo Air Four Plus plans to acquire initial aircraft assets of approximately US$ 1.1 billion, increasing by up to an additional US$ 600 million by year-end 2015, with the scope to acquire further assets in the future.
Nimrod Capital acted as the company’s Placing Agent and will be the long-term corporate and shareholder adviser. JTC provided company secretarial services and acted as administrator for the company during its initial public offering and will continue to provide these services on an ongoing basis.
Paul Duquemin, Managing Director, JTC Guernsey commented:
‘One of our key strengths is our experience and capability in administering listed investment structures and we are delighted to have once again been chosen by Nimrod Capital and the company as their administrator. We administer three other aircraft structures and this latest listing builds further upon our long standing relationship with Nimrod. It also further demonstrates Guernsey’s position as the domicile of choice for non-UK companies listing on the LSE.’
Richard Bolchover, Partner at Nimrod Capital, commented:
‘We are delighted to be able to partner up with the Amedeo team in bringing this attractive investment opportunity to UK institutional investors and we look forward to growing the company in both scope and scale in the years ahead.’
‘We have worked with the team at JTC on a number of occasions previously and their proven experience to ensure smooth and successful launches was a deciding factor to select them as our administrator yet again.’
JTC administers 30% of the Specialist Fund Market and also administers other funds and investment structures including funds listed on the London Stock Exchange Main Market, AIM, Euronext and the Channel Islands Securities Exchange (CISE). JTC is able to arrange and sponsor the listing of investment funds, debt securities and other securities on the CISE through their Guernsey and Jersey offices.
