In November 2021, Citywealth released the results for the 2021 Future Leaders Awards. Private Client Services directors, James Macnair and Naro Zimmerman, won silver and bronze in the ‘Trustee of the Year – Director’ category.
These awards champion young professionals in the wealth sector and highlight the leaders of today and tomorrow who are under forty. The awards not only support future leaders who excel at work, but those who also make an important contribution to society.
Jersey-based James was recognised for his passion for client care and his ability to motivate his team. With his strong technical abilities and exceptional relationship management skills, James is an integral part of JTC’s Private Client Services division. In the last 12 months, James’ professionalism and experience has been visible with his management of complex and challenging client structures.
Naro joined JTC in 2020 and has rapidly moved up within the business due to his natural leadership qualities. At the start of 2021, Naro and his family relocated from Guernsey to Dubai, allowing him to focus on his portfolio of Middle Eastern Clients, as well as the growth of JTC in the UAE. Earlier this year he led the opening of JTC’s Abu Dhabi office.
