James Macnair

Highlights

James joined JTC in 2019 and is a Senior Director responsible for a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth clients. With over 20 years’ experience in the trust and corporate services industry, he has extensive expertise advising on transactions across a wide range of asset classes and jurisdictions. His experience includes the management of commercial and residential property holding structures, private equity and investment vehicles, as well as succession and wealth planning for families and individuals. Through his client portfolio, James has developed particular experience in Africa, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

James began his career in Jersey in the trust and corporate services industry and later spent time in London working for an international banking institution, focusing on its Jersey trust and corporate services offering. He subsequently returned to Jersey to continue his career in the private client services sector.

In their spare time

James enjoys spending time with his young family, travelling, visiting many of Jersey’s fantastic restaurants and can often be found engaged in any number of sports and fitness activities.
