JTC CEO Recognised With A Lifetime Achievement Award

JTC was a double winner at the 2025 Asset Servicing Times Industry Excellence Awards, held in London last week, with CEO Nigel Le Quesne being recognised with a prestigious ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ and the firm also winning the ‘Americas Fund Administrator’ category.

The annual Awards shine a spotlight on outstanding individuals, firms and teams across the asset servicing sector. Winners, who were selected based on an independent assessment by a panel of judges, were presented with their awards at a special ceremony in London on 13 November.

In selecting Nigel for the Award, judges highlighted the three decades he has been at the helm of JTC, with his leadership being instrumental in driving the company’s consistent growth and global reputation. Under his direction, JTC has recorded uninterrupted revenue and profit growth for 37 years – evidence that his leadership and strategic acumen have positioned JTC as a global benchmark for excellence. Since 2010, JTC has completed 35 acquisitions, establishing itself as the largest non-bank-owned trust company in the United States and one of the leading trust companies worldwide.

A cornerstone of Nigel’s lifetime achievement is his commitment to Shared Ownership. Introduced in 1998, this pioneering initiative has generated more than £400 million in value for employee-owners and remains central to the company’s culture and values. This philosophy fosters accountability, inclusivity and long-term growth – values championed by Nigel and embraced throughout JTC.

Meanwhile, JTC’s win in the ‘Americas Fund Administrator’ category further highglights the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation across global markets, as well as its reputation for client service and industry leadership.
