JTC and Saul Ewing Host 4th Annual Advanced EB-5 Conference

The industry event featured a full day of speakers, panels, and networking opportunities for leading EB-5 professionals.

On September 18th, 2025, JTC and Saul Ewing LLP hosted the 4th Annual Advanced EB-5 Conference in Miami, Florida. The all-day event explored the latest legal, regulatory, and policy developments affecting EB-5, giving industry leaders the chance to connect and share insights about today’s EB-5 landscape. The event included keynote speakers, panel discussions, and networking opportunities for attendees from around the country.

Among the panel discussions was “Perspectives from the Regional Center Frontlines,” which included JTC’s Jose Rincon and focused on navigating compliance, investor relations, project management, and the evolving regulatory challenges faced by Regional Centers. Also on the docket was “Impact of EB-5 Projects,” which highlighted the positive effects of EB-5 on American communities.

“EB-5 has done amazing things for this country, and it’s time for those of us in the industry to highlight the breadth and depth of the impact it has had on our local communities,” said JTC’s Jill Jones. “The speakers and attendees at this conference are some of the most important voices we have to show lawmakers why EB-5 matters and why the Regional Center Program deserves to be made permanent.”
