All services provided to clients of JTC Employer Solutions Limited (or its subsidiaries) as at the date of completion will, until further notice and subject always to the continuance of any bespoke contractual requirements, continue to be provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions which subsisted immediately prior to completion.
