Victoria Blackburn

Associate Director - JTC Private Office Luxembourg 

Victoria returned to JTC in November 2018 to help to develop JTC Private Office. She has more than 15 years of experience in the sector looking after UHNW and HNWIs, family offices and large and often complex trust and company structures. She has lived and worked in the UK, Jersey and Luxembourg.

Victoria looks after wealthy families both with and without corporate structuring. She acts as a central point of coordination, whether it be corporate or personal in nature.

Victoria is also part of JTC’s Luxury Assets Practice, which specialises in assisting families who own, wish to acquire or dispose of such assets personally or via corporate structures, be these JTC administered or managed externally.

Victoria focusses mainly on the aircraft, yacht and equestrian side of the practice. She regularly assists clients who own artwork, jewellery, classic and high value cars. She also works with clients who wish to explore fractional ownership options in respect of aircraft and chartering opportunities.

Victoria has worked with multi-billion dollar family offices, helping them with their administration needs in respect of luxury assets, as well as global property portfolios and substantial private equity positions.

Based in Luxembourg, Victoria also works closely with her corporate JTC colleagues and therefore can act as a point of contact for clients interested in utilising Luxembourg’s flexible offering of various corporate and fund structures, including the set up and administration of SPFs, SIFs, SICARs, RAIFs, AIFMs and fully regulated fund structures.
