Shanelle Pather

Highlights

Shanelle’s primary responsibilities involve assisting JTC’s South Africa team by maintaining an effective operational risk management framework. Her role also includes proactively identifying synergies and implementing business processes that focus on adding value and account for JTC’s continued growth.

Within the R&C team, Shanelle’s role focuses on promoting and fostering the development of a strong risk culture and awareness, as well as working towards team cohesiveness between R&C within the South Africa office and the broader JTC network.

Prior to joining JTC, Shanelle started her career at KPMG after graduating from the University of Pretoria in 2012.

In their spare time

In her spare time Shanelle enjoys spending time with her two children, having princess “do-our-own-nails” sessions with her daughter and creating living-room jungles for her son’s dinosaurs to play in. She also spends quality time with her husband, taking much needed drives to the beach to chase the Cape Town sun.
