Patrick Mulrenan

Highlights

Within his role as a Director, Patrick manages the Advisory Services and Investment Management at JTC Special Situations Cayman. This includes JTC Special Situations Advisors Limited, a Cayman Islands based investment manager. Patrick has a particular focus on Digital Assets and Web3 protocols.

Prior to joining JTC Special Situations, Patrick was a Vice-President of Capital Markets at another professional services firm in the Cayman Islands where he focused on Structured Financed mandates. Before relocating to the Cayman Islands, Patrick acted in senior executive roles in a New York real estate private equity firm, J.P Morgan (New York City) and Deloitte (British Virgin Islands), where his responsibilities included financial management of investment funds and capital structuring.

Patrick is an Accredited Director and registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority as an Approved Director.
